Move over Pumpkin Spice Latte, here's something stronger! We went through at least 100 recipes of Fall-themed cocktails to give you 10 of the easiest & tastiest! PLUS... If you follow through to the end, we have one that is perfect for Halloween!

Apple Cider Mimosas

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle champagne
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Directions:

On a small plate, combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip champagne flutes in water to wet the rims, then dip in cinnamon sugar mixture. Fill champagne flutes 1/4 full with apple cider, then top off with champagne.

Maple Bourbon Old-Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 dash bitters
  • 1 orange peel
  • 1 maraschino cherry

Directions:

Combine maple syrup, water and bitters in a glass, stirring until well blended. Add ice cubes & orange peel, then pour bourbon on top. Garnish with a cherry and serve.

Caramel Apple Mule

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Absolut vodka
  • .5 oz caramel syrup
  • 1 oz apple cider
  • 1 thin apple slice

Directions:

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a wooden mug over ice, top with ginger beer. Garnish with apple fan.

The Marguerite

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Reposado tequila
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • .5 oz sherry
  • .5 oz maraschino liqueur
  • soda water

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except the soda water; shake, pour into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Pear Sour

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz pear brandy
  • 2 oz pear nectar / fresh pear juice
  • .75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 pear slice

Directions:

Combine pear brandy, pear nectar, lemon juice & simple syrup into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and mix well. Strain into martini or coupe glass. Garnish with pear slice.

Pumpkin White Russian

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz pumpkin spice Kahlua
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • Fall-colored sprinkles / sugar

Directions:

Rim rocks glass with sprinkles / sugar. Combine Kahlua, vodka, and cream into glass over ice. Stir lightly.

Cranberry Sauce Margarita

Ingredients:

  • brown sugar
  • 2 oz. tequila
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. chunky cranberry sauce
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Cranberries, fresh or frozen

Directions: 

Rim a margarita glass with brown sugar. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, tequila, lime juice, cranberry sauce, & honey. Shake, then strain into glass. Garnish with cranberries.

Apple Cranberry Moscow Mule

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces vodka
  • ¼ cup cranberry juice
  • ½ cup sparkling apple juice
  • 2 ginger beers
  • fresh cranberries for garnish

Directions: 

Fill 2 large glasses with ice. Add the Vodka & cranberry juice. Add the sparkling apple juice & then fill the rest of the way with the ginger beer. Stir gently to combine; serve immediately.


Pumpkin Ale Apple Punch

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 2.5 oz apple cider
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • 3 oz pumpkin ale
  • cinnamon sticks and cranberries for garnish

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, shake together the bourbon, apple cider & lemon juice. Pour into glass filled with ice. Pour the beer evenly into the glass. Garnish with cinnamon sticks & cranberries. Serve immediately & enjoy!

Apple Cider Sangria

Ingredients:

  • 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
  • 1 Red Delicious apple, sliced
  • 1 Golden Delicious apple, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 Orange, Sliced
  • 2 c. apple cider
  • 2 bottles ginger beer
  • 1 bottle white wine

Directions:

Fill large pitcher with sliced apples, lemons, & oranges. Add apple cider, ginger beer, & white wine. Stir mixture, then pour into serving glasses.


BONUS HALLOWEEN COCKTAIL: Candy Corn Martini

Ingredients:

For the candy corn vodka:

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla vodka + 1/3 cup candy corn

For the martini:

  • 3 oz candy corn vodka
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz ginger ale
  • 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
  • extra candy corn for garnish

Directions:

For the candy corn vodka: Pour the vodka into a glass measuring cup. Add in the candy corn. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Then, pour through a strainer & discard the solids.

For the martini: Add a handful of ice into a martini shaker. Add the vodka, juice, ginger ale, & schnapps. Cover & shake well. Pour into 2 martini glasses. Add more candy corn in the bottom of each glass for garnish.
